We live in a society that is consumed with competition. It is a society where we compare ourselves with everyone else around us and it has produced an enormous number of people with low self esteem. This is a society that I choose to fight against.
I am not in competition with you. I am competing with myself. This is a philosophy that I believe everyone should have. My competition, my fight, my struggle, my issue – is with me, myself, and I. You are not in my equation that equals to my success or failure.
Stop measuring yourself against other people and focus on being a better you. Here’s the thing…I can’t be a better you that you but, I can definitely be a better me. So, every time you hit the office, stage, platform, sales floor, relationship, or whatever you do – do you.
